This document showcases how training and learning materials are seamlessly integrated into the CATALYST Platform, providing learners with direct access to resources designed to support both individual and organisational transformation toward sustainability.
An interactive digital platform enabling learning, networking, and collaboration between VET providers, companies, and professional bodies. Features user friendly interface and guiding videos and embedded hyperlinks for easier navigation and use.
The event brought together professionals, educators, and stakeholders to explore innovative pathways for sustainable transformation. It highlighted the acquiring of new skills and enhancing existing ones,all the while inspiring membership in the training platform.
This national dissemination event covered a presentation about the Catalyst Erasmus+ project, its goals, results, and the platform. Sustainability and relevant subtopics for young people were discussed, as well as possibilities in the green industry and other green jobs, and skills’ improvement.
The idea of the Project, as well as the Platform were launched in Wuppertal with the emphasis on building an interconnected European network where business partners and platform members can collaborate, share content, and co-create solutions for real-world challenges.

This specialization program equips participants with the knowledge to facilitate the transition to sustainable and cleaner production by examining established manufacturing systems through the lens of the circular economy and incorporating modern practices in circular production, eco-design, sustainable resource management, and waste prevention, while also leveraging sustainable investment opportunities and data analysis to enhance sustainable supply chains.
This comprehensive programme empowers HR managers with the expertise to drive sustainability initiatives, navigate organizational change, and foster resilience, offering insights into cultivating a resilient and sustainable culture from both organizational and personal perspectives.
This program offers an in-depth foundation in business transformation for sustainability, covering essential modules such as Sustainable Business Transformation, Sustainable Finance, Green Marketing, ESG Reporting, and Green Finance strategies, with optional courses like Green and Social Entrepreneurship Business Modelling for expanded learning.
