National dissemination event – Greece

The event aimed to promote the CATALYST Erasmus+ project, its goals, results, and platform. It also facilitated discussions on sustainability, green job opportunities, and skills improvement. Participants had the chance to explore the CATALYST offer and engage directly with the project team.

Highlights of the event

The event familiarized the participants with the services, training material and tools offered by CATALYST, explained how they can assist them in acquiring new skills and enhancing their existing ones, and inspire them to become members in the training platform. The CATALYST project’s function as a central center for sustainable business transformation in Europe was explained to the attendees.

Post-event impressions

The event concluded with a networking session, providing attendees with the chance to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss potential collaborations. Participants left inspired by the tools and strategies shared, reinforcing their commitment to driving sustainable change within their organizations and communities.

The vast majority (80%) answered that the CATALYST courses cover the training needs on sustainable business transformation, while all the participants answered that they would recommend the CATALYST platform to colleagues and collaborators.
