Sustainability Plan
This deliverable sets out how the results of the CATALYST project (the platform, 70 VET courses, specialisation programmes, the Network, the Prospectus magazine, and the five national Centres of Vocational Excellence) will be sustained after EU funding ends. Its structure follows a logical sequence: a European-level strategy (vision, goals, governance, funding model, and a shared charging rule distinguishing free open content from paid added-value services), followed by individual national continuation plans for North Macedonia, Greece, Austria, Germany, and Portugal, each addressing governance, resources, funding, offer, and a concrete action plan. It closes with a signed Memorandum of Understanding and a consortium-agreed Q&A resolving the main open sustainability questions.
The document is strong on concrete, verifiable commitments: a named institution (IECE) guaranteeing platform/website maintenance for five years, two already-submitted Capacity Building proposals reusing the platform, and measurable indicators (active users, MoUs signed, magazine issues). It is appropriately transparent about variation in maturity across countries, explicitly flagging the German and Austrian plans as preliminary or funding-dependent rather than firm commitments, which strengthens credibility rather than weakening it.
