Fourth Project Meeting in Graz

The project meeting in Graz on November 30th, 2023, brought partners together to reflect on the progress, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the year.

Partners engaged in a thoughtful re-cap session, highlighting challenges faced, invaluable lessons learned, and the best memories from their collaborative endeavors in 2023. The meeting concluded with partners collectively reviewing and commenting on the documented notes, fostering a collaborative spirit and proposing ideas for continuous improvement. Notably, a decision was made to conduct online meetings every two months, focusing on project management topics.

Looking ahead to 2024, project coordinator Angelina Taneva-Veshoska presented an overview of planned activities and milestones. Detailed discussions ensued, with partners clarifying expectations for each topic. The coordinator, demonstrating proactive management, scheduled bilateral meetings with each partner to further streamline plans from December 2023 to January 2024.

The meeting concluded with anticipation for the next working session, scheduled for December 18th, incorporating fresh ideas about thriving.
