Participants assess their team members’ strengths, communication styles, and technical skills. They assign roles based on business context and team dynamics.

The Product Owner represents the business and customer perspective, prioritizing features. The Scrum Master facilitates Scrum events and ensures adherence to Scrum principles. The Development Team includes individuals responsible for building and delivering project increments.
By understanding these roles participants - supported through aspects, questions and online available resources- enhance collaboration,
decision-making, and project success.

They gain insights into how Scrum principles apply beyond project development.
