Adapted from Holacracy, this step-by-step guide outlines a structured, consent-based decision-making process called Integrated Decision Making (IDM). It walks teams through identifying a problem, proposing a solution, gathering feedback, and resolving objections to develop a decision that is “safe enough to try.” The method supports inclusive, iterative problem-solving and fosters ownership, clarity, and responsiveness within teams.
