Characterise your own organisation

This self-reflection exercise helps users assess their organisation’s culture, decision-making,
communication, motivation, and leadership styles using Frédéric Laloux’s framework from
Reinventing Organizations. Participants select statements that align with their organisation’s
practices to identify dominant organisational paradigm. The results offer insights into
current organisational dynamics and areas for growth, helping teams reflect on how their
internal structure aligns with their mission and environment.
