Communication Report
The goal of the Report
This document illustrates the results of a strategy to communicate and disseminate (information,
materials and knowledge) of the project. By defining the aims of the dissemination actions,
identifying target groups, describing communication tools and channels, and detailing partner specific dissemination plans, the project consortium members ensured that the European
Commission was able to keep track of the project in a verifiable manner. In order to achieve
successful dissemination and effective communication, the CATALYST project implemented a
multi-channel approach including offline and online activities to foster stakeholder dialogue.
The scope of the Report
This deliverable consolidates all communication and dissemination activity carried out across the CATALYST project’s four-year duration, covering the project website, the CATALYST learning platform, the Prospectus magazine, social media, newsletters, and national/international events. It documents the dissemination strategy (target groups, channels, KPIs) and then details the specific contribution of each national CoVE to communication efforts, before presenting a consolidated impact analysis organized as a reach-engagement-impact funnel across six defined target groups (SMEs, students, business associations, educational organisations, public bodies, and researchers). Extensive annexes include a social media log, a dissemination log, and promotional materials (brand book, flyer, fact sheet).
Highlights by numbers
This is a well-evidenced deliverable: nearly every KPI target set at the project’s outset is matched against an actual achieved result in a clear table (e.g. website visits target 3,000 vs. 75,667 achieved; platform users target 200 vs. 798 achieved). The qualitative impact section goes beyond output counts to cite specific third-party validation, including the project’s inclusion as a case study in the European Commission’s January 2026 CoVE benchmarking report and three independent follow-on funding instruments that grew out of a single CATALYST hackathon.
