Partners reviewed 2024 activities and key deadlines, including training materials (due end of June) and the October 2024 Implementation phase kickoff. An external quality assurance review was presented, followed by a risk assessment session identifying new risks and mitigation strategies. Updates were shared on the resources/services portfolio (deadline 30.07.2024), progress on training materials, the Ask an Expert initiative, and the Glossary task. The meeting also covered metadata development for specialisation programs and WP7 activities, including a shift in social media management to SPOROS, plans for a new Instagram account, and progress on the CATALYST Magazine, with the Editorial Board set to meet in May.
