Final Project Meeting

The final project management meeting, held in Skopje ahead of the closing conference, covered financial closeout, WP6/WP7 deliverables, and sustainability planning. For WP6, partners shared course statistics and pilot outcomes, converging on key lessons: practical, hands-on content and live/blended delivery significantly outperform generic or fully asynchronous courses, national-language translation and formal accreditation are critical for uptake, and future platforms should move toward AI-assisted, personalized learning. For WP7, the ~120-page dissemination report structure was outlined, with each partner required to submit 5 highlighted dissemination activities (narratives and photos) by 8 May and to update 2026 entries in the dissemination log.

Each national CoVE then presented its sustainability outlook. Partners agreed all CATALYST materials remain Open Educational Resources (attribution required), encouraged coordination on translations rather than duplication, and proposed a short joint MOU committing all partners to continued collaboration and platform cooperation before project end.

Day 2 focused on final-conference logistics and confirmed next steps: partners must upload sustainability plans and dissemination content by their respective deadlines, IECE will draft the joint MOU and finalize conference details, and the project will close with final report submission and the remaining 20% payment tranche following the conference.
