Wuppertal PM 6

Wuppertal (5–7 November 2024)

Partners reviewed project progress, including the positively evaluated Interim Report, completed training resources (Practicum, Glossary, Ask an Expert materials), and course development status (24 courses ready to pilot, with 90% targeted by end of December). The CATALYST Platform is live with ~160 Network members, and 8 specialisation programmes plus ~20 draft research projects (renamed “business pilot projects”) were presented.

Sessions covered the “Enable” component — including impact targets (250 platform members, 1,400+ VET learners, 70 piloted courses, etc.), a monthly topic/communication schedule for 2025, and evaluation/quiz standards by course level — and the “Inspire” component, clarifying business pilot project structure, participant/company roles, and open calls (first specialisation programme launching January 2025).

Further discussions addressed communication and dissemination plans (social media, magazine issue 2, member-only network activities like “Ask an Expert Live” and coffee chats), and national promotional events planned for January 2025 across Portugal, Greece, Austria, and N.Macedonia. The meeting closed with a look at sustainability funding options and confirmation that the next Project Meeting will be held in Athens in June 2025, with bimonthly online meetings continuing in between.
