Athens workshop

A two-day workshop (11–12 April 2024) exploring how the CO-IN© model can accelerate innovation and knowledge/technology transfer within the CATALYST Centre, part of the European VET Excellence for Leading Sustainable Systems and Business Transformation initiative.

Day 1 covers the role of partner organisations in the CATALYST Centre, workshop sessions on designing specialisation programs (profession- and industry-specific), and setting up applied research projects — followed by an optional visit to the Acropolis Museum and a joint dinner.

Day 2 focuses on validating and certifying the CATALYST Program, mapping member-only network activities for the CATALYST Network, closing remarks by Professor Koundouri, and afternoon video filming on selected topics.
