Communication Report

This deliverable consolidates all communication and dissemination activity carried out across the CATALYST project’s four-year duration, covering the project website, the CATALYST learning platform, the Prospectus magazine, social media, newsletters, and national/international events. It documents the dissemination strategy (target groups, channels, KPIs) and then details the specific contribution of each national CoVE to communication efforts, before presenting a consolidated impact analysis organized as a reach-engagement-impact funnel across six defined target groups (SMEs, students, business associations, educational organisations, public bodies, and researchers). Extensive annexes include a social media log, a dissemination log, and promotional materials (brand book, flyer, fact sheet).

This is a well-evidenced deliverable: nearly every KPI target set at the project’s outset is matched against an actual achieved result in a clear table (e.g. website visits target 3,000 vs. 75,667 achieved; platform users target 200 vs. 798 achieved). The qualitative impact section goes beyond output counts to cite specific third-party validation, including the project’s inclusion as a case study in the European Commission’s January 2026 CoVE benchmarking report and three independent follow-on funding instruments that grew out of a single CATALYST hackathon.
